Bot Protection on the Client Portal

The login and registration forms within our Client Portal are protected by hCaptcha, a service provided by Intuition Machines, Inc. (United States). hCaptcha may set its own cookies or make use of browser storage, and receives your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and interaction data in order to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic.

This is a security technology, not a tracking or advertising technology. It is not used to build a profile of you, to serve advertising, or to measure your behaviour across websites. We rely on it as strictly necessary to protect the portal and our clients against automated abuse, credential-stuffing attacks, and fraudulent account creation, and it is therefore deployed without prior consent on the same basis as our authentication and CSRF cookies.

Fraud Screening at Checkout

Orders placed through the Client Portal are screened for fraud risk using MaxMind minFraud (MaxMind, Inc., United States). This screening does not rely on cookies or browser storage, but does involve transmitting your IP address, geolocation, and order attributes to MaxMind for risk scoring.
